ARC offers a multitude of rental spaces suitable for meetings, banquets, parties, training seminars and events. We have plenty of room for just about any type of activity inside the 32,000 square foot building or outside on 7 acres of property. The ARC regularly schedules groups on an event by event basis. In addition, ARC currently houses multiple animal related groups and organizations and welcomes new, permanent rental inquiries. OFFICE RENTAL INFORMATION:

Applicants for leasing office space must operate within a Non-Profit organization (501(c)3)

A monthly office rental includes amenities such as:

• Use of boardroom and meeting room guaranteed one day per month. * Additional usage available on an “as available” basis.
• Kitchen
• Training area
• One 10′x10′ storage space in the training area
• All bills paid
• Wifi throughout the facility
• Multiple Parking Areas
• Accessible to I-35 and I-240

REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS

Our central Library wil be open during  all hours for anyone to come and explore. Additionally, the Elvira room is great for groups of up to 50 people. As long as the room is not being reserved for use (see calendar), this temperatue controlled area will be accessible and FREE TO THE PUBLIC during normal business hours for independent training and exercise. Remember, we also have a dog bath/washing station for all guests and visitors to use. And we regularly have a dog trainer on site to address any behavioral or training issues with your dog FREE OF CHARGE.

We have hosted many different events here from cat shows, tropical bird marts, wedding receptions, and seminars.  If you want to rent the facility, call 405-604-2892.
